New Zealand School of Hygiene is the Food Safety Training arm of NSF Burwater (previously Burwater Pacific). We believe training should be simple, fun and memorable. That way, our trainees can easily remember what they have learnt and can apply the knowledge into their workplace.
Our trainers have trained thousands of food handlers, from chefs to manufacturers, and all of them leave our course as enthusiastic safe food advocates.

The Basic Food Safety Course is taught in English. However, course notes & exams are also available in Chinese, Korean and Cambodian.
