Burwater is proud to be able to deliver the VITAL (Voluntary Incidental Trace Allergen Labelling) training course in association with the Allergen Bureau
By implementing VITAL risk assessment using the VITAL tools, a food company will be able to review the allergen status of all the ingredients and the processing conditions that contribute towards the allergen status of the finished product.
The VITAL Programme produces a ‘labelling outcome’ that sums up the food allergens present in a food due to intentional inclusion and where other food allergens, present due to cross contact, from should be included (or not) on the label.

This course is designed for QA or Technical team members of food manufacturers who are required to meet the WQA standard or other manufacturers that require more understanding of allergens and allergen labelling.

Attend the course and fulfil the WQA requirement and receive a certificate of attendance

Option 2: 4-hour course, plus 2 hours allergy-related consulting $650 + GST
