Burwater Pacific evolved from The New Zealand School of Food Hygiene a business that has been in existence for over 20 years. 

The Original Directors being Nigel BURrows and Mike DrinkWATER.  Sadly, Mike passed away in 2010 and the Business continues under Nigel’s direction 

The Original Concept of a professional Food Safety Consultancy capable of Training and most importantly “Making a difference” grew and evolved as we developed new training strategies and gained greater insight into the worlds of Food Retail and Manufacturing. 

Our Current Position is that of being the Leading Food Safety Trainers and Consultants in NZ. Burwater is a PTE ( Private Training Establishments )working with significant operations such as Progressive Enterprises and many of their suppliers, Air New Zealand and Training Organisations such as Competenz , HSI, NZITO and NZQA. 

We have a growing number of associates and experts that we have formed professional relationships with over many years and this enables us to offer a greater depth of experience both technically and geographically. 

Our Current Team is Made up of Chris Hand, Keith Michael, Catherine Donoghue, Jo Hopkins, Peter Burrows ,Michelle Field, Tracey Burrows and Nigel Burrows. 

The Team is based Primarily in Auckland with a Christchurch Office servicing the South Island
