Burwater Pacific Food Safety Training

It’s hard to believe that it can be done, but we can make food safety training FUN! It is a fact that you don’t learn if you’re not interested. Click here to find out what people who have attended our courses think

Burwater Pacific teach a variety of food safety courses to meet any level of staff training, from floor staff through to food safety managers. Because there are more and more companies developing Food Safety Programmes/ Food Control Plans we have designed a new course for staff in positions of responsibility in a food premises, “Understanding HACCP & Food Control Plans”. This course will help staff take control of food safety rather than feeling that food safety is controlling them!!!

Councils' require a certain percentage of staff handling food in food premises to have their Food Hygiene Certificate. The Grade you get after your council inspection may be affected if you don’t have enough staff with this training. Our course is superior because it is a one off, single session that takes just over 4 hours to do, so you still have half a day to do some work! The test at the end is even painless because it’s multi-choice, so don’t worry if your spelling is no good, you don’t have to write anything.
